letter from accounts manager from the exhibition site office (NSIC
Exhibition Ground) from 13th January to 15th January 2009. |

No exhibits or Material will be allowed to be brought inside the halls/hanger after 11:00 p.m. on 15-01-2009
The Security would seal the Halls and Reopen on 16-01-2009 at 09.00 AM for Exhibitors to occupy their stands.
Move out
No material will be allowed to be taken out before 08:00 p.m. under any circumstances. On –
19-01-2009.
All materials to be moved out before 12.00 noon on 20th January 2009. |
